Refund and Store Credit Policy

At The Catering Company, we are committed to providing the highest quality food and exceptional service. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and our goal is to resolve them promptly and fairly. This policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds and providing store credit.

Eligibility for a Refund or Store Credit

A refund or store credit may be provided in the following circumstances: Defective or Unfit Products: If a product you receive is defective, not fit for its intended purpose, or significantly differs from the menu description. This includes issues such as incorrect foreign objects in the food, or a major error in the preparation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide a refund or store credit in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or store credit for a change of mind or if you simply do not like the taste of a dish.
  • Incorrect Choices: If the issue is due to an incorrect choice made by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong dish, not specifying a dietary requirement that was not listed on the menu).
  • Customer Misuse: If the problem with the food was caused by improper handling or storage after delivery or pickup.

How to Request a Refund or Store Credit

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a request, please contact our customer service team at [Your Contact Information] and provide the following details:

Your name and order number.

The date and time of your order.

A clear description of the problem.

Photos of the food or packaging, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and may offer a full or partial refund, a store credit of a specific value, or a replacement of the affected items. Any store credit issued is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issue.

We appreciate your business and the opportunity to make things right.
